Description of the Problem: There are sick people in this world, that commit heinous and disgusting crimes. This problem can also be attributed with a lack of education and a lack of parental guidance as a child.
Who has the Problem: The victim will probably be traumatized and will need to undergo treatment and therapy, while Mr. Nurse will spend a long time in prison for his acts.

I thought this assignment was great for those of us who stay so crazy busy with careers, school, and just life to take the time and read articles allowing us to engage in what is going on in our communities. Although I may pick some of what is going on via the news I catch in the morning before heading out to work, there is a lot more detail provided in articles, etc.
